Abstract

In today's world, where organizations continue to experience rapid changes in technology and work styles, the ability of teams to work effectively has become a critical factor for organizational success. This study aims to review the role of human resource management (HRM) in the formation and management of effective teams in modern organizations. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data from various literature sources such as journals and books published in the last ten years. The results show that several HRM functions, such as selective recruitment processes, employee training and skills development, transformational leadership styles, and reward and performance appraisal systems, have a significant impact on team effectiveness. The ability of HRM to adapt its practices to technological changes and a collaborative work culture has been proven to improve work performance, communication, and team member engagement. The study concludes that HRM is not only responsible for managing employees, but also plays a key role in fostering cooperation and innovation in the modern workplace. The implications of this study highlight the importance of aligning HRM strategies with organizational goals in order to strengthen competitiveness and improve team performance in the future.
